What we do in this class:
Beginner to advanced gymnastics on Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor.
Please bring along:
Students should wear a one-piece leotard (no skirts) hair pulled out of face. Highly recommended not to wear beads in hair or jewelry. Students can bring in a bottle of water and place it in the water bins.
